About this rod
Precision Japanese bass rods from Zenaq, for fishing that asks a lot of a blank.
The heavy one, and Zenaq are blunt that it is a power approach rather than a finesse one: an unusually wide lure range of 15 to 80g on a blank stiff enough to launch the big end of it. Their targets run from bass through to large rockfish and grouper.
Fuji guides carry SiC inserts in titanium frames, with a spigot joint and an EVA grip.
