Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods at the listed price. We may accept or decline your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to place an order.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.
Product descriptions and availability
We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur (particularly with soft plastic lure colours). We do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund, substitution, or back-order.
