Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched from our shop at Unit 71, Clear Space Hub, Dunveth Business Park, West Hill, Wadebridge, Cornwall PL27 7FE.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man only. We are not shipping to the EU or to any other country at the moment.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods (e.g. start of bass season) dispatch may take up to 3 working days. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Rods and large items

Rods and other oversized items are dispatched by courier. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. A signature may be required on delivery.

Longer rods travel on a separate courier rate. To Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man these carry a fixed charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Failed deliveries

If a parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage charge may apply) or a refund of the goods (minus original postage costs).
