About this rod
Precision Japanese bass rods from Zenaq, for fishing that asks a lot of a blank.
Zenaq call this one the Technical Snipe and they mean it literally: it is built for precise work with light rigs, fine braid and small jig heads. Their own targets are rockfish, grouper and bream, which over here is the fishing you would do for wrasse and pollack over broken ground. The tip is soft enough to let a small lure work properly, with the belly and butt holding enough in reserve for something bigger than you were expecting.
Fuji guides carry SiC inserts in titanium frames, with a spigot joint and an EVA grip.
