About this rod
Specialist offshore rods for hiramasa and the larger pelagics, from one of Japan's best makers.
Zenaq's classic high-power all-rounder of the two: 60 to 140g of lure, best at 90 to 120g, PE 6-8. Built around controlling a diving pencil in changing water, with the butt power for shallow ground where a fish gets into trouble quickly.
Fuji guides carry SiC inserts in titanium frames, with a put-in joint and an EVA grip.
