Gosen describe the Lumina Shine as the first polyester line with a light-gathering finish: it collects what light there is and carries it back up the line to you, which tells you what it is built for - ajing and light game after dark. It is a light, soft line with very little initial stretch, so a small bite still reaches the hand, and the spool is marked at the halfway point so you know what is left.
