Hayabusa H.UMT209 BN

A small eyed hook in fine, forged wire — short shank, tight round bend, and a point turned very slightly in towards it. The forging is the part that matters at this size: the wire is thin enough to bury in a small bait, but the flattened section through the bend stops it opening the way an unforged hook of the same gauge would.

Sizes run from 12 up to 4 (Japanese 1 to 9), fifteen hooks to a card. The 12s and 10s take a single small bait on a light trace; from 6 up there is gape enough for a whole worm head or a strip without crowding the point. Black nickel.
