The Beak Short — the same turned-in beak point on a shorter shank again. A short shank hides inside a bait almost completely, which is what you want when fish are picking at it rather than taking it cleanly.
Forged high carbon steel, chemically sharpened, black nickel finish. Use it where the bait is small and the fish are cautious, and where a long shank would be showing outside the bait for no good reason.
