Refunds & Returns Policy
We are nice, normal, realistic human beings and if you have a problem with an item that you’ve purchased from us, naturally we’re more than willing to help you out. Obviously there have to be rules surrounding this type of thing, but please get in touch if you have an issue.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The only thing we can’t offer refunds on are gift cards.
Conditions
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. Most payments will be straight back to you, but occasionally a card company or bank will hold money for a period of time (even though we’ve processed the refund). It’s frustrating – but can happen – so please accept our apologies if this happens to you. Sadly it’s out of our control and in the hands of your bank or card issuer.
If a refund is taking a few days to reach you, please contact your bank or card issuer first for information on the number of days that its typical for them to hold funds. If your refund still isn’t with you after that period, please get in touch with us.
Please note: Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Individually marked sale items cannot (excludes site-wide discount promotions).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us a message through our contact us page.
